Can't speak for TS having never used it, but bar magnifier takes minute data and will correctly identify the OHLC ordering deriving it from tick data, so your executions and profit targets/stop losses are accurate, which without this they wouldn't be most likely, especially on larger bars.
It does it behind the scenes, no special programming needed.
