Multithreaded backtesting application w/ tick data

Hello all, I am looking for a backtesting program that is * multithreaded / supports multiple cores * has genetic backtesting & walk forward testing * tests based on recorded or replayed tick data not aggregated data * can be "queued" to test multiple time frames say 1min/30min/15min via parameter or input Any suggestions? Thanks
