Yeah, of course some are gonna ask that question. Leading the charge will be fake news organizations like Fox News. Some don't understand, for those organizations it is not about news, it is about what slant or opinion on the news will bring the most ratings. Others will be conspiracy theorists, but the thing with conspiracy theorists is, there's no amount of proof that will refute their theory. They will say he doesn't smell like Bin Laden, if they dropped the body on their front lawn.
My vote is Yes. We had every right, armed, unarmed, whatever. He is a terrorist. Would it have been better to take him prisoner and put him on trial? I don't know. But we definitely had the right to kill him, we are at war, and he is one of our most wanted.
