NinjaTrader Lifetime License Terms
The “Lifetime License Payment” entitles the purchaser to a perpetual non-transferable NinjaTrader license in accordance to the provisions and terms of the NinjaTrader license agreement. The purchaser is entitled to use NinjaTrader, and subsequent versions of NinjaTrader with similar functionality for an unlimited time period with no additional fees. A Lifetime License purchase is for non-concurrent use, they are non-transferable, and can only be used by the individual that purchased the license. The Lifetime License cannot be sold or bartered in the future and if such actions are taken the Lifetime License can be terminated at NinjaTrader’s sole discretion. All Lifetime License sales are final and as such there are no refunds. The Lifetime License purchase price does not include the cost of any TT transaction fees if applicable when a static SuperDOM is requested.
