The turtles traded breakout strategies 20 years ago. Breakout trading does not work as well today as it worked then. Many successful strategies feed on breakout traders. This includes the 2B setup of Victor Sperandeo or the Turtle Soup setup of Linda Raschke.If you want to use a breakout strategy, then you should backtest it first. I do not think that the owner of the site has backtested the strategies.
If you are interested in the Turtle rules, they are public. You could for example read the book "Way of the Turtle" by Curtis M. Faith. The rules are explained, but I doubt that they will make you any money, if directly applied.
