I have this code written for NT6.5

DrawDot("IHdot" + CurrentBar.ToString(), true, HighBar, Indicator[HighBar], Color.Red);

The indicator is a MACD indicator and it should write a red dot on the high of the diff, but when I use NT7 the red dot is drawn on the zero line..

Any suggestions how to change the code to work in NT7?

The problem with your code is 'Indicator[HighBar]'. If you want the correct syntax, you need to post your indicator, as it really depends on the rest of the code, which I do not know.
