I don't understand how to reference another study that isn't an SC function. For example, the T3 study is not a function and I am trying

SCFloatArrayRef input = sc.BaseDataIn[sc.Index];
T31[sc.Index] = sc.T3(input, sc.Subgraph[0], sc.Index, TPeriod, TPhase);

but it doesn't work. I read the documentation and it's confusing me. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You need to add the T3 study to your chart (it can be set to hidden) then reference its data. You can get that reference by using sc.GetStudyArray() or sc.GetStudyArrayFromChart() if it's on another chart (there is also GetStudyArraysFromChart to get all the arrays instead of just one).

There are short examples if you go to those links. Basically you end up with the SCFloatArray or whatever from the other study (T3 in this case) that you can grab values from.

You might also think about providing an "Input" that lets you select the study number from your configuration panel since it could change depending on where you insert the T3 study.

This also might be helpful to you.
