Could one of you gifted NT coder's tweak the attached indie so the user could choose the color of the line and the label individually.

Why rar instead of export via NT which is zip?

I took a quick look, you just need to set the pen/brush color:

Pens, Brushes, and Colors

But I don't have NT installed anymore so can't help you, sorry. But I'm sure someone else will, it isn't hard.

From memory, hopefully it's right --- file -> utilities -> export ninjascript, give it a filename like the name of the indicator, and then select the indicator on the pane and move it over to other pane, then hit ok. Then just attach the zip. That's a properly exported ninja zip that can be easily imported using ninja.
