Can someone please point me to a way to adjust my time zone in the forum, my posts are based on a time that I am not in , is there a way to change this? Thanks

Go to your "user control panel" then to "edit options" and scroll down and you will see the time zone option there. By the way you can use the "quicklinks" at the top of any page in the blue title bar to get to edit options
