A way to make non-news sound like news. You can trade the RMB/USD now on Globex.

No one does and the volume is crap. They settle all their accounts in USD , not RMB. So right now, no 'paper' , just speculators and who wants to trade against them all day.

I guess they are just pumping up the hype machine by moving it out of the emerging market category.

Yeah, your right there's a lot "untradable" pairs on globex because of the volume issue, time will tell if this one will be any different. I suspect this one might fare better than the BRL/USD however.
