Can someone please tell me why i can't get an ES 09-11 ETH chart up on NT7 or what I'm overlooking, I've used the 24/7 session template but no joy, so frustrating, for ever needing to get support, run out of patience today!

The 24/7 session template uses a session from 6:00 AM EST to 6:00 AM EST.. These are not the trading times of ES.

If you want an ETH chart for ES you have to use the correct session template, which would be CME US Index Futures ETH.

Alternatively you can use the session template which I attach below. It divides the day between the Globex night session and the regular trading hours (RTH), but displays all the data in line with the ETH session.

Note that all times for the template are in Central Time, as ES is traded at CME (Chicago).

With what data feed?

When you say "can't get", what does that mean exactly? Error message? Blank chart?

In case of a blank chart, it can be related to symbol mapping.

Fatails i tried the CME US Future ETH session again but still only get the above hours!

I've been looking into the MC platform, from your experience is it any easier to use than NJ7
I'm spending more time dealing with programing issues than the real problem of trading!

I know there's another learning curve but this is rediculous!

Hi Angelo,

you should check the issue with Ninjatrader support. Can be related to symbol settings, or the data server you are connected to.
