One of my Marines would do that on trips he would take home, but that was a decade ago. He'd buy $800 worth of lotto tickets and almost always came away with $1500 or more, bankrolling his trips.

Good for them...I wouldn't try it with my luck, if I had a 99% chance of winning I'd lose...ha ha

As if the lottery isn't a bad enough tax on dumb poor people to have people with 500k liquid gaming the lottery.
I wish the lottery would just be done away with.
