I know others have asked similar questions. But there are a couple of TOS studies that seem worth automating via Ninja (or even in TOS for that matter). Can anyone take the TOS thinkscript code and convert to a Ninja Strategy? Thanks.

Yes. But if you want someone to do it for you, you'll need to convince someone why they should do it. That includes information on what the indicator does, screen shots of it in action, and the original code.
And you should probably post the request in the section of the platform you want to go to, not from, in this case in the NinjaTrader section --- not in the ThinkOrSwim section.
There is also a thread specifically for Elite Members to request new indicators:
