Effective Friday night, Philadelphia teens must clear the streets by 9 p.m. in popular areas as police try to contain a recent epidemic of mob violence, MyFoxPhilly.com reports.
Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter enacted the new curfew after three incidents of random attacks by groups of teens in Old City, Center City, and Fairmount Park.
