Hello,
Is there a way to code or an option that allows for a cooling off period after a bad trade. It can be either "don't trade for another 5 minutes" or "don't trade the next same signal"?

You can code just about anything. It can be done. However, I don't have the code to do so or I would give it to you. You might want to really check how that affects your expectancy. Often you get a win right after a loss. If you have stats that tell you to do it can be a good idea. If it is just to try to soothe yourself psychologically might lose more money by implementing code like that.

"The day I became a winning trader was the day it became boring. Daily losses no longer bother me and daily wins no longer excited me. Took years of pain and busting a few accounts before finally got my mind right. I survived the darkness within and now just chillax and let my black box do the work."

thanks liquid. You're likely very right. I think i need to figure out an additional indicator that tells me not to make that trade. But if someone does have code for this, would love to see it.
