How to call an indicator, which will multiply or divide value of instrument with other instrument?

Like ES (S&P) with E6 (EUR/USD).

There are probably that kind of indicators already available but how to find or should I write my own.
Shouldn't be too hard...

Thanks, actually this will give some backround info as well as it is not so easy as I first thought, those bars and values are not necesarily in sync and bars don't close at same time and so on so (time slippage) ..
