I could not connect Ninja trader with esignal. I could login into esignal Data manager. I put CM*.esignal.com as server name in all fields except level II server. Can somebody help me on this.
When I try to connect Ninjatrader with esignal, esignal data manager was up and running

Make sure you have the same esignal version as posted on the Ninjatrader website as the newer version is not supported by ninjatrader. and if still does not connect uninstall both ninjatrader and esignal restart and reinstall it should do the trick.. Hope it helps.
Thanks for your response. I am using esignal previous version 10.6 and Ninja trader version 6. I reinstalled both of them. But still shows same problem
Are you running the CME fee waiver program? In this case you have to unselect the L2 data server. Which is your error message? Please let me kow if this is your problem ..
I uninstalled both ninja trader and esignal. Make complete shutdown for 30 minuts. I reinstalled again. I tried with new connection for eSignal. Now it is working. Thanks alot for your fast response and correct solution
