Check the Bad Tick Filter, if enabled try disabling it.

Since disabling the Bad Tick Filter all my issues which sound similar to yours are gone.

I had Chris from Ninja dialed into my machine on Thursday. He saw the issue and has forwarded it to development.

I've heard a few other people seeing similar things, but no-one has yet shown me a lag as bad as the one I had the other morning. I am currently trading off IB's DOM which is a challenge if nothing else....
