So, if I understand correctly you have your strategy ready, and are now looking for a website that will code that for you into NinjaTrader? (meaning you're looking for a programmer?)
Perhaps you can start a thread in the
NinjaTrader automated trading forum , and take it from there. There's also an elite thread for '
want your indicator created free ', which can help port some indicators into NinjaTrader.
I haven't used any hired NinjaTrader programmer, so I can't advise on that. Perhaps that other users can be more helpful with that.
