How to place Stop Limit order in MultiCharts Descretionary Trader?

How to place Stop Limit order in MultiCharts Descretionary Trader using either DOM or any other place? I could not find any option like NinjaTrader DOM where you can click Scroll button on mouse to place stop limit order. Thanks -Safin
