Database - A Simple Query

I have got a database in MS-Access in which I import the EOD data for NSE India Futures Contracts on a daily basis. It has got the following fields in it -

Quoting 

INSTRUMENT --- whether it is stock future or index future SYMBOL EXP_DATE --- expiry date of this contract OPEN_PRICE HI_PRICE LO_PRICE CLOSE_PRICE OPEN_INT --- Open Interest of the contract TRD_VAL --- Traded VALUE of the contract in Rs - Indian Currency TRD_QTY --- Total number of shares traded - this is same as VOLUME NO_OF_CONT --- Total number of shares traded converted into number of contracts NO_OF_TRADE --- Total number of trades Sector --- Which sector this contract belongs to Series --- Which series contract it is out of 4 Price % Chg --- % change in price over the previous day Timestamp --- Date of the trading session

The snapshot of the database is attached.

Can some one please guide me on how to make 2 queries in it.
A - that will show the TOTAL VOLUME of the last 5 days for every single contract.
B- that will show the AVERAGE VOLUME of the last 5 days for every single contract.

I have attached the database as well. It is small size, just 2.5 mb, if you want to see the database.
