Have used something similar. Can be found in the download section. It is not a real multi-timeframe indicator, but a false one. It builds candles from multiple bars.
I did the same a few years ago and been using it every day until I figured out that can do it for me and theoretically more efficiently than I did.

Using the multi time frame indicator shouldnt the boxes emcompass the entire candle?

It is not a box, it is candle. For that reason I have called it MultiPeriodCandles and not MultiPeriodBoxes.

I see your still opting to target 19 ticks in the CL. Apparently that hasn't changed in these volatile markets, or has it?

19 is correct...i find cl moves 20 ticks pretty easily
