I have a question about downloading NinjaTrader. I went to the site to download the free trial and you have to have a broker. I currently have no broker because I was interested in just simulating.. does anyone know how to use the product without a broker?

go to Futures Broker | AMP Futures Trading and sign up for a free account.

They will send you a couple emails. Follow them to the "T" and then you will get going.

I personally like AMP, but others hate them, so go figure. To each their own....

Most brokers will get you a demo account.

Mirus Futures will give you a 30 day demo account. I really like them. Their live feed and sim feed trade exactly the same.

Second for Mirus. Most futures brokers will give you a 30 day trial. There is some regulation somewhere that will not let them give you more than 30 days free.

Forex brokers will usually give you a sim account for free. I have had a sim account with MB Trading for almost a year.

If you only need end of day data, Kenetic supplies this free with Ninja.

You can download Market Replay data for free via NinjaTrader. See their training video.
