Do you mean the actual file writing and reading code? Google "using StreamReader" and "using StreamWriter", MS has good examples of both.

Creating a separate form for user interaction would involve more than a 'snippet.' If you wanted to use a chart subpanel, you could probably adapt the code in dorschden's Price Action Swing indicator.
