How does one go about buying Hong Kong Dollar call options?

Since this is my first post, I'm not allowed to put the link I want to in the post (to keep spammers away). The article I wanted to point out has been posted on many financial we sites and the title is "Bill Ackman's Hong Kong Currency Bet, And How You Can Play It". Google it and read it and you'll see why I'm asking this question!

Generally I trade with EUR/USD, I am not interested to trade with Hong Kong Dollar. Even I am googling regarding shared phrases.

My best guess is scrape together a million and go to a broker and buy an OTC option.

That would be an institutional broker, not retail.
