Microsoft's MSDN/Channel9 developer evangelist group recently released this 24-part video course/tutorial on C#. You learn it with Visual Studio Express (which is free) so you're not learning it inside of Ninjatrader, but most of what you learn about C# and .NET will carry over into Ninjascript programming.
