I do not think that it exists for NinjaTrader.


You have two options:

-> you pay somebody for translating it to NinjaTrader

-> you convince somebody to translate it to NinjaTrader


To convince somebody, you should probably go into the details and explain how it can be profitably used for trading.

People are curious, and if it really looks interesting someone might produce the code and then you can use it.

If you do an Attachment Search from the search box for "nonlag", there are some things that may be close.
