I am looking for an indicator that will calculate the EMA of a specific CCI e.g. Lets say the EMA (13) of CCI(14) I will then put in into the panel of the CCI(14).

You can do this in NT7 without a custom indicator. You just apply an EMA indicator but select CCI as input. The following video is a NinjaTrader Tip to do just that.
