I have seen this with a few people I have tried to respond to.

But when someone leaves me a visitor message, and some of the guys I hit 'reply' to to leave THEM visitor message, that option just doesn't appear to be there? It's only with certain people, so is there an option that people have to manually enable/disable?

Each person can control visitor messages, including disabling them.
