I tried couple of flashbased player to watch this videos but didn't get any success.

You can't thanks to Apple's decision to not support Flash. You can with any Android phone.

I've also put a very limited few of the webinars on YouTube:


One day when I have a lot of extra time and the standards improve, I will convert everything to HTML 5 video. For now, the standards and features just aren't there.

In fact there is a workaround, but that involves a connection to your computer, have a look at splashtop in the appstore....
