It generates the alert when a Solid ExtendedLine or Solid HorizontalLine is touched. It re-arms itself when price goes away from TL (controlled by ReArmTick - default 20).
Currently the alerts are initialized when indicator is added. Any newly drawn TL or changes to TL are not effective until indicator is remove and re-add. Please suggest if you know how to improve it and make near real-time.
Please excuse me if your suggestion is around iterating over DrawObjects on every tick. I don't want to do that for performance reasons...
