I tried the last version of the journal. First I managed to solve the previous bug which caused the import to crash. Now I am able to load the trades into the journal, but they are not accepted. I'll upload the new import version so that you can try that yourself:-)
We will need to find the way, how to format everything and accept the newly imported rows:-)
ok thanks for the explination.. i am usually all in all out, but every now and then i have some of the all out exit part slip to different prices.. and what if i want to change later on in scaling out? should i just set it to up to 3?
dont believe anything you hear and only half of what you see
Well, you could use the average prices by entering eg exit1: =97.56+97.57*2 In this example two were filled at 97.57 and one one tick lower.
NOTE:You can always enter formulas on unprotected cells.
If you later change to scaling out just change to "up to two/three exits".
i know its a beta, but does the new instrument list need to be protected or no? also, will the transaction tab be copied from older journals that have the transaction tab, like, from 3.2 on wards?
dont believe anything you hear and only half of what you see
Everything should be protected, so I forgot that, sry.
Yes I have designed the migration in a way that everything will migrate (presumed it is there in the first place. So if migrating from older versions that don't have a transactions tab, the tool will simply skip the transactions tab migration.). It's good old fire and forget style....
I am having difficulties to add a new row to enter the trade manually though. Am I doing something wrong (I run at the end of the last line and new line is added below, but it is locked and I cannot write anything in it)
