It's a russian based broker offering CFD futures that claims to have realtime data similar to the exchange.

their commission is expensive but I think it's best for trader who are under capitalized

Very controversial Russian broker but many Metatrader users use them for charting because of their data feed of numerous instruments.

Well why would someone use their datafeed since they can get it free from their own brokers
