Wondering if it would be good to have a separate section just on how your trading fits into your family life? Have been trading for about 8 mos, yet to become profitable- having losing and winning streaks but not consistent yet. Having such a hard time knowing how much support it is reasonable to expect from my partner. It's really like starting a new business - do you expect your partner to understand and sympathize with your every move? Or is that impossible for the other person? How much support should I expect? I like to think if the roles were reversed, I'd be behind my partner even through his losses. But maybe that's just a fantasy. My partner has always been very supportive of my work in the past but this is a change and it's hard for him, and hard for me to do without that previously pretty much unconditional support. I can't believe I"m the only trader dealing with such issues...
