You wrote "A PayPal account is NOT required" Proceding I can find only Paypal method of payment. What I am wrong? Thank you

you use your credit card through paypal, but you dont need to make a paypal account..

That is correct. You don't need to login to paypal, just use a credit card - no paypal account required.
