Need suggestion for Auto trade strategy software/broker

I'm looking for a little guidance from traders who are more familiar with auto trading than I am, more specifically looking for some product recommendations.

I am looking for a software package that can use unfiltered tick data to create trade signals based on delta and volume profile data broken down numerous ways. This package has to marry with a broker than can take auto trade strategies. Right now I am a purely discretionary trader using NinjaTrader so that doesn't work.

My delta study for the strategy is through Investor R/T and that is where my signals from the delta are but I'm not interested in using that software anymore. I am looking for something more powerful when it comes to strategy implementation and something with a little (a lot) more support. Right now my broker does not offer so I will need a broker as well.

Anyone with some thoughts on programming signals (what language etc) and what charting package can accomplish this please give me your thoughts. The ability to export tick and indicator data to excel would also be needed.

P.S. I am not a programmer by trade, I look into Matlab but that seems a bit more than I need, I haven't used it though so I'm not sure.

Does MultiCharts use volume profile and delta the same was as Investor RT? (for those of you familiar with both)
