HTF - Higher time frame. Usually 3X the resolution of the chart being watched (a HTF for a 5 min chart would be a 15 min chart)
ND - No demand. When volume in abnormally low on an up bar or wave (WW). On a minute chart its usually lower then the previous two bars. On the Weis wave its generally something you have to eye ball.
NS - No supply. When volume in abnormally low on a down bar or wave (WW). On a minute chart's its usually lower then the previous two bars. On the Weis wave its generally something you have to eye ball.
WW - Weis Wave. David Weis's volume indicator. Instead of measuring volume on an individual bar, it totals the volume of a wave.
D - Abbreviation for demand
S - Abbreviation for supply
DWW - Demand on Weis Wave. This is usually when the demand is the highest it's been since the DOWN move has began. This generally helps identify a change in trend
OSTC - Over Sold in a trend channel
OBTC - Over Bought in trend channel
O/B - Over Bought
O/S - Over Sold
VOTC - Violation of trend channel. Usually a sign of Change in behavior which leads to change in trend.
COB - Change of behavior. This could be VOTC, DWW, EOM, EUM, EDM or SWW. COB usually leads to a change in trend
SOT - Shortening of the thrusts.
SOS - Sighs of strength. Things such as SOT, D on the WW & EUM are all SOS.
SOW - Sighs of weakness. Things such as SOT, SWW & EDM are all SOW.
EOM - Ease of movement. Large range bars that close strong.
EUM - Ease of upward movement. Large range up bars closing strong.
EDM - Ease of downward movement Large range down bars closing strong
