Hello,

i want to see the average ticks per day traded in a instrument/future in multicharts. is there any indicator or way to do it? i tried to simplay open a chart with "build volume on" tick count. but shows no ticks for a day-resolution and also not for 60 minute resolution. easiest would be a indicator for the realtime scanner.

I have all ticks for the last 30 days in my local database, so this can not be the problem.

thanks for helping!

Hello Bstrader,

That is possible to achieve your goal in MultiCharts.
You need to set "86400 seconds" resolution and Build Volume On - Tick count in Format->Instrument->Settings tab.
Then you need to apply Volume indicator to the chart.
