If you ever wondered what happened to CJ Booth whom started My 6E Trading Strategy thread, well he turned writer and his mystery book Olive Park is here. Is that him?

It's a natural thing for traders to become writers... since most of the stuff they post is pure fiction....

I'm just a simple man trading a simple plan.

How bad did you get burned by indicators, trading teachers, etc?

That isn't the same CJBooth. It's published August 1st last year. He was busy trading. I was in his room for a few months from oct to dec. He never mentioned a book. His method does work, but good setups are far between. Good find though.

I agree with Cloudy - not the same person.

The nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) trader is from Aurora, Illinois. His photo is in his profile here:

The author is from near Seattle, Washington. His photo is here: Smashwords — About C. J. Booth, author of 'Olive Park'

I abandoned the CJBooth 6E method due to its complexity and infrequent trades.

Seems to be him, the CJB from Aurora, IL (assuming there are not many CJB in Aurora, IL) . Books usually take at least a year before they get published, seems to fit his schedule.

He came to nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) just to win the iPad2 and leave:
