I like to try swing trade of ES,CL hold for a day or few days. Can someone suggest which time frame chart should I look at for entry and confirmation. Is it 30, 60min or daily chart?

if you want to swing you can use
  1. 15 minute for entry
  2. 240 minute for short term
  3. 720 minute for med term
  4. 3600 minute (2.5 days) for long term

i use only heikin ashi for better trend view. nice swing.

i can not give an answer, it is individual. if you hold positions over night, weekend ...
if you go with the big boys, you will find an answer. you must define a target and must have only a good ratio ...
