Amp Global - problems getting my money out

I have a simulation account with AMP and like them so far. When I call them for problems, they give me a code and immediately get on my computer. As for the money transfers, I use to have a European bank account and it could take up to a week for a wire transfer. The problem was that the US bank had a correspondent bank where the money would go first. You should check AMPs bank to see if the money first goes to a correspondent bank when transferring to a foreign country. For example, Bank of America uses Wells Fargo Bank to transfer money to Europe.
