Did we ever make a 6E/ Euro/USD room? I want to see if there is interest. There are too many 6E traders lurking around that need to corrupt me with their amazing skillz. Maybe if I am in a room I won't skype as much
Thanks for the thread Mike, and the wonderful opportunities it opens up for all of us.
I was trading part time, and had some family and personal issues that have disrupted my trading regime starting about 8 weeks ago. I used the hiatus to return to my previous employment as a form of 'adversion therapy' and to gain more perspective on what I needed to do for myself. I am actively working daily to have myself and my tools ready to trade full time by end of March, if not sooner.
Currently I have once again started sim trades at market open, though I am leaning more to 830 EST start to about 1130 and then a nap and to work 4pm - 1230 am. A bit gruelling if there is sleep devrivation (ie: stress from work).
A trading buddy for the NQ would be great: I would prefer voice on skype (I have no problem with long silences - I play 'trading mind' affirmations inserted into a self made/designed nature sounds recording on a subliminal track) as I type slow and prefer focus on screens. Ideally once I start trading again I will be monitoring my own automated strategies on NQ to make sure I dont get caught in a software blowout of my account.
Strategy is leaning toward scalping in different time frames, and 'going with the flow' when a trending setup is available.
