CLIsecure with or without the NT7 default vendor licensing is only ok for simple NT7 tools, when outside the interest of bad boys...
For any more I self don't use this CLI "secure" tools when i need "private code"... if "normal" security needed, i use hard coded and "PE loader cryped" native C++/Delphi DLL's without any managed .NET runtime code...
And for highest secure work, i never have the secure function/parameters inside any PC software.
I use a own USB hardware with a embedded self hard coded 32bit singlechip microcontroler without any operating system on a self produced hardware... to crack this you need a own fab for analyse and rebuild the one time programmed flash blocks... :becky:
