I'm new to this, so say with me. I'm trying to workout a way to change my tick chart each day to work with market condition.

Currently been looking at the ES/YM market open and from first 7 min, trying to establish the number of trades per min........ the result is the number of tick setting for the day.

Any feed back would be appreciated.

Throw up a 7 minute chart starting at the day-session open and get the tick volume? I believe there is an indicator for that (tick volume). If not, there is a code for tick volume and I am sure we could make one for you.
