"Two Counties in the US are looking at and will be launching the TRF funding principle that generates the revenue required to satisfy the general purpose operating budgets within that venue. The names of the counties will be kept confidential until just before launch. With the designated purpose of generating the revenue needed to meet general purpose operating budgets, the TRF in its operation systematically allows for elimination of taxation on the County level as well as for all cities, townships, and school districts in the county. One revenue source (taxation) is replaced with another (return from the TRF)as they develop and grow and thus taxation is not needed."
