I am trying to figure out how to draw Rectangles into a strategy using the NT Strategy Wizard.

I can not figure out the correct y axis values or a good explanation on the NT Help Guide.

Here is a basic idea of what I am trying to accomplish.

A rectangle set off to the right of a particular bar.
