As a quick fix you can right click on the text-label, choose "chart drawing properties", go to the options tab and select horizonal align: right in the combo-box (see attached picture).
Then right click on the text-label again and choose "move drawing" and move the text-label to the position in the right corner. (it will be saved with the chart so you only need to do it once).
The manual position moving didn't survive a Sierra restart. I did save my workspace before restarting.

After having it on my chart one full session, there seems to be a problem. After the
RTH session closed today, and the new
ETH session opened, I have an asterisk again. It is currently during ETH hours, so the asterisk makes no sense right now.
Plus the values are wrong - it is still looking at the prior ETH session, instead of the current one that started a few minutes ago.
I am trading ES.
Mike
i see the issue - today was the first session for the study and i did not take into account whatelet happened after hours
i Will make a fix tomorrow

Here's another update that fixes another session calculation issue discovered today.
Also it allows the position to be set all over screen.
To put it in the upper right corner the position needs to be 150,100

There seems to be a bug still.
It's currently in ETH hours, yet I have an asterisk.
My charts are in Eastern (New York) time, I am using regular CME session times for the ES and 6E.

You are right.. There was yet another another bug with the ETH hours. The hours and the currenttime is in the chart timezone, so I believe it should work correct now

I will try it.
Also I'm having to remove the indicator from my charts, restart SC,compile the study, and re-add. Is there an easier way?

Nope, still have an asterisk. Is happening for both 6E and ES.
Here are my settings for ES:
Current chart time as of this screen shot : 7:57am == ETH.

I am not able to reproduce the problem - it appears to be correct , i tried to setup a chart identical to yours.
So i do not have any idea of what to fix currently - i will keep it under observation and post a fix if i find the error
