I searched the forum and there isn't any discussion on Hotspot FX. Does anyone have experience with them and how do they fair? Presently, I use Interactive Brokers for Forex.

I did demo with HotspotFx for sometime. Just when I wanted to sign-on for LIVE account, they stopped retailers/individual account business and do only Institutional accounts. Go here to see the details. Minimum deposit is $1m. In any case, I don't want to trade FX anymore.

Right, I discussed their minimum with them and they mentioned that their partner banks offer accounts that use hotspot for a minimum of 100k.

I'm just curious, now that you don't trade FX, what do you trade now, futures?

I'm preparing to open a LIVE account and considering Mirus, SweetFutures, or FuturePathTrading.

Thanks for the info. I've not really looked into futures that much, but there must be something to them! (I've read that they're supposed to be the easiest to automate, and that 90% of that market is mechanical.)
