Access Zenfire.dll for the complete timestamp

Can NT access the c# zenfire api? If so how do I get the TickEventArgs funtion to work? I would like to access the timestamp that zenfire puts on trade because NT shortens it. So my next question is the zenfire timestamp the time of the trade? or my PC clock timestamp? Thanks Neil
