Modifying BM's Journal for Indian System

Hi friends, Has anyone been able to modify BM's journal (maybe 4.1, or the later Beta version) so that it is suitable for record keeping wrt indian system?? Is modifying allowed?? Can BM be requested to modify the journal .... Regards Srivastava
